Work Experience

General Dynamics – July 2012 – Present

 

•          Construction Manager - Supervising contracted tower crews in their installation or maintenance of sites. My duties included monitoring safety on site per OSHA and company standards. Field training employees to improve speed and overall quality of installations. Managed materials. Conducted power plant swaps/overhauls. Reviewed and completed all relevant documentation. Maintained quality per carriers specific standards. Coordinated Site Walks. Requested Joint Meets and Site Acquisition entitlement approvals from Landlords, Building Management & City/Town Officials. Involved with Construction Drawing submittals & revisions. Responsible for buildout from start to finish including integration, maintenance and true ups. Expertise in GSM (2G), UMTS (3G), and LTE (4G) technologies.

•          Lead Tech – Building, troubleshooting and repairing tower installations. Quality has been my strong suit leading to duties that include providing support to field personal, assisting in the management of our in house tower crews and all closeout documentation.
